Urban Peasant's BBQ Sauce

This is a favorite of my mom's. She is a cooking show fanatic and on 'farmer vision' this was practically the only one available to watch! Unsure about actual serving size, depending on what it is used for.

• Serves: 12

Ingredients

• 1  cup soya sauce
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  cup vinegar
• 1  cup water
• 3  tablespoons cornstarch

• add desired spices such as

•  oregano or  basil or  garlic or  onion powder

Directions

1. Combine in sauce pan, including spices.
2. Boil until thick and clear.
