A very simple sauce to serve on tacos, omelettes, salads...whatever your heart desires. Tightly covered, this keeps a long time in the fridge.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  cup salsa, to taste (I use Pace Picante)

Directions

1. Combine sour cream and salsa.
2. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
3. If desired, make ahead so the flavors have time to meld.
