Unjury Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Yields: 11 balls

Ingredients

  • 34 cup  reduced fat jif peanut butter
  • 3  scoops  chocolate unjury  protein powder

Directions

  1. Add peanut butter to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add protein powder, 1 scoop at a time, stirring well after each scoop until dough is formed.
  3. Roll dough into balls.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Optional Additions: Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or cherries), spices (cinnamon or nutmeg), oatmeal, chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds).
