A very refreshing salad.

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add juice of pineapple tidbits and lemon juice.
  3. Pour 1 1/4 cups into loaf pan.
  4. Chill until set.
  5. Blend remaining gelatin and softened cream cheese, add pineapple.
  6. Spoon over set Jello.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Unmold onto a plate.
