Uncle Jimmy's Pickled Eggs

Ingredients
- 24 -36 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 7 tablespoons whole mixed pickling spices
- 6 cups white vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 (16 ounce) cans canned beets, with juice
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- In a sauce pan mix together pickleing spice, vinegar, water and salt.
- Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 cans of beets and 1 cup of sugar to the mixture
- Pour all over the eggs.
- let eggs sit in an airtight container for 3 days and enjoy.
