Uncle Bob's Peanut Butter Sandwich With Texas Sweets

This is out of a cookbook called "Patio Daddy-O" 50's recipes with a 90's twist...it sure sounds weird, but the combination creates something like an Indonesian satay sandwich. Any sweet onion will work...I know some guy will give this a try...preparation time includes cleaning time...;)

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons chunky peanut butter
• 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1  slice sweet onion, ultra-thin
• 1  lettuce leaf
• 2  slices  firm  white bread

Directions

1. Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter, the other slice with mayonnaise, and sandwich with the lettuce and onion.
2. Cut in half to serve.
