Unbelievable Blender Pie (Aka Make-Your-Own-Crust Pie)

This pie is so simple. One batch of dough (mixed in the blender) will create a pie with a crust on the bottom, custard in the middle, and brown top.

Ingredients

• 4  eggs
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 2  cups milk
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2-1  cup coconut (optional)

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a blender at high speed for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into greased 9- or 10-inc pie pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
