Ultimate Mars Bar Slice

Yields: 1 Slice

Ingredients

  • 8  ounces  Mars bars (chopped) or 8  ounces  Milky Way bars (chopped)
  • 12 cup unsalted butter
  • 3  cups  rice bubbles or 3  cups  Rice Krispies
  • 8  ounces  milk chocolate chips
  • 18 cup unsalted butter (extra)

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 9 pan with butter.
  2. On low heat in a medium saucepan, combine Mars Bars (or Milky Ways) and 1/2 cup Butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Bubbles / Rice Krispies
  5. Press into the 9 x 9 pan.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt together the Chocolate Morsels and 1/8 cup Butter
  7. Once melted, spread over the top of the Rice Bubbles / Rice Krispies mixture in pan.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
  9. Slice, serve and enjoy!
