Ultimate Egg Nog

Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
Directions
- Separate egg whites from yolkes.
- Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks then add sugar and beat back to soft peaks.
- Beat egg yokes and nutmeg.
- Refrigerate egg whites and yokes.
- Slightly whip cream until it just starts to thicken.
- Beat in egg white sugar mixture and refrigerate.
- Just before serving beat in egg yoke and nutmeg and serve immediately.
