Two-Step Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat flour, plus
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup nuts (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Bake in greased 9x13 baking pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees; cool on wire rack.
