Two Minute Chocolate Cake

So quick and easy, and never fails!

Ingredients

• 1  cup self raising flour
• 2  teaspoons  cocoa (1 dessert spoon)
• 3⁄4 cup milk
•  vanilla
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1  tablespoon  melted butter
• 1  egg

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in bowl in order given above, then beat well for two minutes.
2. Bake in a greased tin in a moderate oven for approx 30 minutes.
