Two Ingredient Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In bowl blend the ingredients with a fork until mixed. Do not over mix. You want it to just stick together.
  3. On a floured board roll out into 3/4 inch thick. Cut biscuits with cutter [approx 12 so use a 1 inch cutter]. Work the dough as little as possible.
  4. Place on greased sheet and bake in top 3rd of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. You want light brown.
  5. This dough is NOT forgiving of overworking. You can add ingredients such as cheese or herbs or sugar/cinnamon before baking.
