Two Cheese Fettuccini

Easy, cheesy sauce for a pasta side dish. Add sauted chicken breast bites for a main dish.

  1. Cook fettuccini according to pkg instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, over low heat, melt butter.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Slowly stir in milk; bring to a boil.
  5. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Toss cheeses with lemon juice; add to milk, stir until melted.
  8. Mix with drained fettuccini.
