Ingredients
- cod
- 1 little milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 little fat
- mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
Directions
- Divide the remains of codfish or cold salt fish into flakes. Mix in twice as much mashed potatoes. Add a little milk. Season with salt and pepper and make into balls. Dip into the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in fat until brown.
