Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, baked and mashed
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes and remaining ingredients.
- Spread mixture into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil; bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
