Tweaked Hummus Using Epicure Seasonings

My husband loves hummus; me, I find it paste-y. I bought a jar of Epicure Hummus Dip Mix in an attempt to make a hummus that we both would like. I tweaked the Epicure Recipe found on the jar & this is what I came up with. It's not a traditional tasting Hummus; but, it makes both my husband and myself happy. Hope you enjoy. ( I borrowed the suggestion from another Hummus recipe to use a dab of sesame seed oil to get the same effect of tahinni.) Show more
