Tvp Vegan Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
- 2 1⁄2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar (I use sucanat)
- 1 1⁄2 cups dry textured vegetable protein
Directions
- Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer together for 20 minutes.
