Tuscan White Bean Spread

  1. Put the oil in a pan over high heat.
  2. Put beans in a food processor.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, and stir until the onions have a light golden color.
  4. Add the cooked onion and garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to the beans in the food processor.
  5. Puree all of the ingredients.
  6. Add sage and sea salt to taste.
  7. Adjust thickness with water.
