Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh)
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch dried basil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown chicken in olive oil.
- Pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar into pan.
- Generously sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
