Turtle Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 6 ounces graham cracker crust
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 3⁄4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
Directions
- pour 1/4 cup caramel into crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
- beat pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin and spice with a whisk until blended.
- stir in 1 1/2 cps cool whip.
- spoon unto crust.
- refridgerate 1 hour top with remaining cool whip, caramel and nuts and serve.
