Turnip Greens Soup

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, cubed
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 cups water
- 1 potato, peeled, cubed
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can turnip greens
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Saute bacon, celery, and onion together.
- Add garlic.
- Add water.
- Add potato and chicken bouillon cube.
- Add white beans and turnip greens.
- Season with pepper.
