Turmeric Rice With Nuts and Crispy Onions

Ingredients
- 28 g basmati rice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g roasted cashews
- crispy onion
Directions
- put the rice, turmeric and stock into a large shallow pan.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until the stock has gone.
- Remove from heat, stir and cover.
- Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Fluff rice, season and top with the cashews and onions.
