Turmeric Banana Almond Milk

I came up with this milk as a way to get more Turmeric in my diet. It is cool and refreshing. I was inspired by a banana raita dish that a friend from India served me years ago. Show more

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  almond milk
  • 1  banana
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1  teaspoon  agave syrup (or to taste)
  • 1  pinch curry powder
  • 1  dash black pepper (a few grinds with a grinder)
  • 3 -4  ice cubes

  1. Place all in a blender and blend.
