Turkish Green Beans

Ingredients
- 3 onions, cut into cresents
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 lbs green beans
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 large potatoes, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Saute onions in olive oil until golden.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low to med heat, stirring occasionally until veggies are tender.
