Turkey Tortilla Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown turkey and onion, drain, return to pan and mix in enchilada sauce,seasoning, water and green chilis.
  3. Heat until hot.
  4. In ungreased 11x7 inch baking dish spread 1 cup of meat mixture.
  5. Cut tortillas in half. Place 6 tortilla halves on top; spread with 1/2 cup of the sour cream.
  6. Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese, 1 cup of the meat mixture, and 6 tortilla halves.
  7. Top with remaining sour cream, remaining meat mixture and remaining cheese.
  8. Bake 30 minutes. cut into 6 equal size servings and enjoy.
  9. Other: if you like it milder use green onions instead of chilis. Regular flour tortillas can be used instead of wheat.
