Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredients
- 3 cups alfredo sauce
- 16 ounces cooked egg noodles
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3 dinner rolls, crumbled
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup diced yellow squash
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb chopped turkey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- For topping, combine Sister Schubert's® rolls, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil and Italian herb blend and set aside.
- For filling, heat oil in a sauté pan, add onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are soft. Add yellow squash and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to large bowl and add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Place mixture into prepared pan. Cover with topping and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve.
