Turkey Stuffed Peppers

  1. Combine chopped pepper tops with ground turkey, cooked brown rice breadcrumbs, 1/4 c marinara sauce, onion, parmesan cheese, parsley, tomato paste, salt, pepper, egg, and garlic.  Mix.
  2. Stuff 1 c ground turkey mixture in each pepper.  Pour 1/2 c water in bottom of pot.  Cover and cooke 4-6 hours on low.  Top with mozzarella cheese.  Serve.
  3. 399 cal, 16 fat, 35 protein, 6 fiber, 10 sugars.
