Turkey Pesto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 slices whole grain bread (Gluten free optional)
- 2 turkey breast, cooked
- 4 slices gouda cheese
- 8 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 10 slices sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
Directions
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the pesto on both slices of bread. Assemble the sliced turkey, smoked Gouda, toasted pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes on prepared bread.
- Butter the bread and grill until lightly browned. Flip over and repeat on other side until cheese is melted.
