Turkey Peppercorn Ranch Bites

Ingredients
- 2 -3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1⁄4 cup peppercorn ranch dressing
- 4 tortillas (10 inch)
- 6 ounces deli turkey
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped or dried)
- 2 teaspoons fresh black pepper
- pickle (I use hamburger pickles)
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, dressing, parsley and pepper well.
- Spread on tortilla leaving about half an inch around edge.
- Top with turkey.
- Roll up and cut off ends then cut into bite size pieces.
- Top pieces with pickles and secure with a toothpick.
