Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey breast
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup parsley
- salt & pepper
Directions
- mix all ingredients together and form 1 1/2 in thick balls.
- heat oil in pan and cook stove top until brown on all sides but not cooked through the middle. Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes.
