Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 3⁄4 cup finely crushed cracker, crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped fresh celery
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon sage
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix bouillon cubes in water, mix until dissolved.
- Combine all ingredients together and shape into loaf.
- Put in baking pan.
- Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
