Ingredients

  • 4  slices  sourdough bread (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1  tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2  tablespoons  raspberry jam (I use seedless)
  • 2  ounces swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2  ounces  deli-sliced turkey
  • 1  cup  mixed greens

Directions

  1. Preheat panini grill to high.
  2. Brush one side of each bread slice with butter.
  3. Place on a work surface, buttered side down, and spread with jam.
  4. On bottom halves, evenly layer with cheese, turkey, and greens.
  5. Cover with top halves and press gently to pack.
  6. Place sandwiches in grill, close the top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
