Turkey & Cheese Butter Biscuit Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can large refrigerated biscuits
- 30 slices deli turkey (thinly sliced)
- 1⁄2 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons honey
Directions
- preheat oven to 350.
- spray cookie sheet with pam.
- separate biscuits 4 & 4, roll out each set together to make top and bottom layers, about 7-8 inch diameters.
- mix together mayo, mustard and honey, spread on biscuits.
- layer on turkey and cheddar cheese
- cover with top layer of biscuit and seal the edges.
- bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
