Turkey Casserole

Yields: 1 9x13 cake pan

Ingredients

  • 5  cups  diced  cooked turkey
  • 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans  cream of chicken soup
  • 2  cups  diced celery (par boiled)
  • 1  pint  helman's mayonnaise
  • 2 23 cups  instant rice (dry)
  • 2 23 cups water
  • TOPPING

  • 1 12 cups  corn flake crumbs or 1 12 cups  cracker crumbs
  • 12 cup  melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix 1st 6 ingredients together.
  2. Put in a greased pan.
  3. Brown the corn flake crumbs or the cracker crumbs in the 1/2 cup melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
