TURKEY BURGERS
- 1 1⁄4 lbs lean ground turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons ice water
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Directions
- In a bowl, combine turkey, water, grated onion, thyme, salt, pepper & nutmeg.
- and form 4 burgers.
- Grill or broil for about 5 minutes on each side.
