Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or more)
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Directions
- mix all ingredients together.
- form into small patties.
- spray skillet with cooking spray and cook patties until cooked through and browned.
