Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix all ingredients and form into 12 balls.
- Place balls on baking sheet and bake for 35min or until done.
