Turkey, Bacon and Cheese Sandwiches

These make a great lunch. If you would like to make ahead, bake these sandwiches and then cool and wrap well. Place in an insulated lunch bag for a special lunch treat. You could also substitute slices of cooked ham instead of turkey. Recipe is adapted from Pillsbury. Show more

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/8ounce) can  refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (Big&Flaky recommended)
  • 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6  ounces  cooked  deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 3  ounces swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 6  slices bacon, precooked

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Unroll dough on work surface; separate into triangles.
  3. Spread each triangle with 1 t mayonnaise.
  4. Top each with turkey, cheese and bacon, cutting to fit if necessary.
  5. Roll up loosely as directed on can.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; curve into crescent shapes.
  7. Bake 21-23 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
