Turkey and Parmesan Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Prepare a hot fire.
- Place turkey in a large bowl and quickly mix in cream, cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
- Lightly form into 6 patties.
- Place patties on an oiled grill. Grill, turning, until well browned and no longer pink in the center, 16-20 minutes.
