Turkey and Brown Rice Jambalaya

Yummy and healthy for you. An experiment I did after Thanksgiving with my leftover turkey.

  1. Saute onion in melted butter for 3 minutes.
  2. Then add sausage to onion and saute for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add all the rest of ingredients and get to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover pot, and simmer for 40 minutes, or until done.
