Tuna With a Twist

This is a really quick and easy recipe to make if you are on the go or if you are having a bunch of people over around lunch time, its really tasty and inexpensive. Great for kids too!

• Serves: 4-6
• Yields: 4-6 Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna
• 4  hard-boiled eggs
• 2  tablespoons cream cheese
• 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1  tablespoon spicy brown mustard
• 2  tablespoons  relish
• 3  banana peppers, sliced
• 1  handful shredded cheese
• 1  cup  shredded lettuce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Then put on some toasted bread and you are good to go! :).
