Tuna Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped (and or or cucumber)
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 teaspoons green onions, sliced
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (6 1/2ounce) can tuna, drained and broken up
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the vegetables. Add the mayo, dill, lemon peel, garlic powder and pepper.
- Fold in tuna. Cover and chill for at least an hour.
- To serve, divide sliced tomatoes amond salad plates. Spoon tuna mixture over.
