Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup couscous
- 1⁄4 cup boiling water
- 185 g tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1⁄2 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 3 small tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
- Combine couscous with water in a medium heatproof bowl, cover; stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Mix in remaining ingredients.
