Tuna Swiss Potato Pie

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 (3 ounce) can tuna
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased deep 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown and crusty.
- Let stand a few minutes before serving.
