Tuna Stuffed Jalapenos

This is an old Mexican appetizer--very easy to do, and really quick.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can  pickled jalapeno peppers (whole)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tuna (packed in water)
  • 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Devein and take away all the seeds of your jalapeños and then pour the mixture of tuna-mayo inside the jalapeño,
  3. Delicious served cold.
