Tuna Steaks With Honey Mustard Marinade

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- four 8-ounce tuna steak
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients except the tuna in a large shallow bowl and mix well. Add the tuna and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill.
- Grill the tuna for 3 to 4 minutes, turn, and grill 4 to 5 minutes longer. Be careful not to overcook the tuna; it can be slightly pink in the center.
