- 4 kalamata olives, finely chopped and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion

- 1⁄4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 (6 ounce) can chunk tuna, drained and flaked
