Tuna Salad - Refreshing and Special

Ingredients
- 2 (7 ounce) cans chunk light tuna in vegetable oil, drained
- 2 apples, seeded and diced
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 1⁄2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Directions
- blend and chill in the refrigerator - very cooling on a hot summer day!
- 2 cans of tuna serves 4 people; add the rest to taste.
- add more mayo to bind - or apple juice, to moisten, if desired.
