Tuna Salad Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 3 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped cashews
- 3⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 (2 ounce) jars diced pimentos, drained
- 3 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups chow mein noodles
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well.
- Serve over chow mein noodles.
