Tuna Pasta Bake With Corn Chip Crunchy Topping

Yields: 1 pasta bake

Ingredients

  • 200  g  large spiral pasta
  • 300  g chunk tuna
  • 420  g  condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1  cup  grated cheese
  • 14 cup fresh parsley
  • For the crunchy topping

  • 1  cup  crushed  corn chips
  • 12 cup  grated cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until al dente(firm to bite). Drain and rinse through cold water.
  2. Stir Condensed Cream of Celery soup through pasta. Carefully fold in tuna chunks, cheese and parsley.
  3. Pour into oven proof dish. Sprinkle topping on top.
  4. Bake at 190 degrees celsius on fan bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and topping is golden.
  5. Serve with grilled tomatoes and tossed salad. Enjoy!
